This Contract has for its object the performance, by the Provider, of the specific services. It regulates the mode of the performance of those services, the compensation, and the obligations of each party, insurance issues and party's liability. This contract also regulates the end of the contract, the "force majeure", the obligations of confidentiality and non competition.
