François Cautaerts is a partner based in our Luxembourg office. He is a graduate of the "Université Catholique de Louvain" (specialisation in economic and labour law, 1995). He is a member of the Bar of Luxembourg since 1996. He has built a strong expertise in litigation in general at a small law firm, after which he worked at a bigger firm, to arrive eventually at Philippe & Partners in 2008. François focuses his practice on construction law, the collection and enforcement of judgments and recovery procedures, as well as litigation concerning labour, employment and transport law. He has built also an extensive experience during his service as an executor in case of bankruptcy or unclaimed estates.
