Suzy Miller obtained her law degree from the University of Brussels (ULB) in 2003. In 2004, she obtained a graduate degree in Company and Business Law from the University of Ghent (GGS in bedrijfsrecht). She also has a Master's degree in environmental and town planning law issued in 2009 by the Facultés Universitaires Saint-Louis.

She is a lawyer at the Brussels Bar since 2004.

Her practice focuses on real estate law at large (lease, sale and purchase, share purchase of real estate companies, construction law ...) and on town-planning and environmental law., She also specializes in the regulation of hotel and tourist accommodation

In the real estate department, she advises on all real estate, town planning and environmental issues, for example, real estate acquisitions and real estate contracts and on any disputes concerning these issues.
