Biography:

Daniël VAN DER MOSEN is, with Pascale HALIN, in charge of the Corporate department at Philippe & Partners. He began his career by practicing real estate law, as well as banking and finance law.

He regularly works with foreground companies, Belgian and international, and has developed an advanced expertise in trade finance, structured and corporate finance as well as in merger and acquisitions.
