Biography: 

Philippe BOSSARD is a partner in the firm and a lawyer called to the Bar in October 1984. He successfully developed a practice whose essential activities are focused on obligations law, commercial law, inheritance law, real estate, construction law, torts and medical law.

Besides developing a sound expertise in litigation and procedure, he has acquired a firm experience on non-judicial dispute settlement through transaction, mediation and negotiation techniques, particularly in commercial matters.

Philippe’s position as member of the board for several philanthropist institutions has allowed him to develop a deeper understanding of enterprises and non-profit making organisations operations
