Cécile Musialski is a lawyer specialised in energy law, registered at the Bars of Brussels and of Paris. She dedicates her time to the promotion of the EU market integration and to the development of sustainable technology. She carries out missions presenting a legal vacuum that needs be addressed with original and pioneering legal solutions on a regular basis.
Over the last years, she had the opportunity to advise international institutions, national regulators, market entrants, established operators and industrialists on topics that shape the energy markets of tomorrow across Europe:
The European Commission selected her and a couple of other colleagues at her law firm, Philippe & Partners, as expert in energy law for conducting several legal assignments in the energy sector. The missions conducted for this institution has afforded her the opportunity to develop strong and original analytical and comparative skills.
Cécile Musialski regularly takes time to reflect on her work. She publishes scientific contributions on a regular basis. She is also regularly invited as a speaker in industry seminars and conferences.
